Always Enough

by Julie on June 7, 2011 · 11 comments

There is nothing to ‘get’, yet so much to receive.
Life gives willingly when we open our arms
rather than grasping with our hands.

Simple abundance is present in each breath.
Allow it to enfold you and trust it is enough,
For all is given from a dark well of Knowing.

Dine on its splendor and savor its radiance.
Soak up its succulence and open your Heart to its nourishment.
Quench your thirst knowing there is always more to fill your bones.

It may not be what you think you want
And it is exactly what you are thirsting for…
Always enough. Always enough.

Julie, this is so deeply true and incredibly comforting to read. Thank you. Really appreciate that you took the time to articulate how abundance and right energy enters into our lives, ourselves, when we notice the openings for it.

I need to sit with this, hold it, breathe it in – and
the ending:
“It may not be what you think you want
And it is exactly what you are thirsting for…
Always enough. Always enough.”
Oh! Yes!! Enough!!!

Thanks for this, Julie!

Always enough. Always enough.

There are moments when I know this and moments I forget. Thank you for this perfect and beautiful reminder.

Hello, my friend,

This beautiful post of yours is timely because tonight I am attending a “Red Tent” celebration for my 12 year old niece. I will share your wisdom words of truth with her as the women in our family come together to celebrate my niece’s coming of age. Your words along with my personal blessing will grace parchment and be placed in a pretty memory box for her to keep as she continues on her path.

When I thought of what wisdom I could impart to my niece, I instinctively came to your website, and found the treasures of ‘you’.

Always with gratitude, love and continued admiration,
Alicia
