The most important thing one woman can do for another is to illuminate and expand her sense of actual possibilities. ~Adrienne Rich
“Julie Daley knows how to step into my world, swiftly grasp my dilemma or opportunity and then cull from me a vision for how I can address the situation to achieve my higher purpose. The solutions comes from within me, but she draws them out and illuminates their value. Working with Julie is an inspiration.” ~ Patricia Martin, Author RenGen
Julie Daley is a certified professional coach, trainer and writer, with a focus on personal and business creativity, life transition coaching, and women’s leadership development. Through Wildly Creative Women, Julie works with organizations and individuals to catalyze women’s leadership based on authenticity and integrity. True leadership can only come from one’s true self.
Julie has taught Creativity in Business, the famed Stanford Graduate School of Business course, in many forms and adaptations to numerous organizations and individuals nationwide, ranging from Fortune 100 corporations and non-profits to a more traditional academic environment with Stanford University Continuing Studies and Stanford University Undergraduates. She has also coached and taught numerous family members directly affected by 9/11, as well as women leaders across the United States.
Julie has an extensive technology and financial background with over 12 years as a programmer/analyst and 16 years in banking. She recently received a BS from Stanford, with honors and distinction, in interaction design (an interdisciplinary degree in computer science, psychology, art, and product design).
Julie is also a graduate of Coaches Training Institute, where she received her certification in Professional Co-Active Coaching, and is a member of the International Coaches Federation.
Influenced by her degree in interaction design, along with her extensive coaching and facilitation training, Julie utilizes her own design methodology to create unique, truly client-centric learning experiences for the people she works with. Each organization, group or individual has unique reasons for entering into a training/coaching relationship. To be transformational in a way that serves each client, these learning experiences must be aligned with the unique vision, values and language each client brings to the relationship; when this happens, meaningful and empowering transformation can occur.
Personal creativity is a force that is always available to each of us. When we wake up to it, and fully embrace it, our lives, businesses and careers are forever changed.
