This Essence, is the alive and vibrant spirit in all of Life. It moves through our bodies, and when expressed unabashedly, is the manifestation of the Truth of who and what we are. When we bring full awareness to our body, allowing it to inform us of what is true and alive, then this spirit can express fully. This requires us to be present in our bodies, something that can be difficult for many women, and many men.
